  • Refresh Brand Identity: Update the restaurant's logo, color scheme, and overall visual theme to create a modern and cohesive look.

  • Enhance Customer Experience: Improve the restaurant's interior design, menu presentation, and service protocols to offer a more engaging and memorable dining experience.

  • Differentiate New Brand: Establish and promote Lucky Panda Xpress, the newest brand extension, to cater to urban lifestyles and busy individuals seeking quick, delicious, and affordable meals.

  • Research & Analysis: Conducted market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Brand Differentiation: Developed and executed a strategy for "Lucky Panda Xpress", emphasizing its unique selling proposition of "Big Portion, Big Taste, Big Value" with a starting price of 89 baht to match Thai customer needs.

  • Brand Strategy Development: Created a comprehensive branding strategy, including a new visual identity, branding guidelines and messaging framework.

  • Design & Implementation: Develop new logos, signage, menus, and digital assets. Redesigned the restaurant's interior to align with the updated brand.

  • Feedback & Refinement: Collected customer feedback post-launch to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
